(IN BRIEF) Outokumpu, a leading stainless steel manufacturer, has successfully concluded the repurchase of its own shares according to the schedule outlined on February 8, 2024. The company disclosed the completion of share repurchases across various trading venues, totaling 9,603 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 4.04 per share, amounting to EUR 38,765.97 in total cost. This action is part of Outokumpu’s previously announced share buyback program, which aimed to repurchase a maximum of 11 million shares by March 21, 2024, under the authorization of the Annual General Meeting. Outokumpu announced a share buyback program of a maximum of 11 million shares on November 29, 2023. The Board of Directors approved a share buyback program of up to EUR 50 million under the authorization of the Annual General Meeting. The program will end no later than on March 21, 2024.
