(IN BRIEF) Outokumpu, on February 7, 2024, finalized its repurchase of its own shares as part of a previously announced buyback program initiated on November 29, 2023. Under this program, Outokumpu had aimed to repurchase a maximum of 11 million shares, with a total allocation of up to EUR 50 million. The company disclosed the completion of repurchases across various trading venues, totaling 472,817 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 3.93 per share, amounting to EUR 1,856,841.72 in total cost. Outokumpu announced a share buyback program of a maximum of 11 million shares on November 29, 2023. The Board of Directors approved a share buyback program of up to EUR 50 million under the authorization of the Annual General Meeting. The program will end no later than on March 21, 2024.
