(IN BRIEF) In its latest move, Outokumpu has finalized the repurchase of its own shares as per the announced buyback program. On February 9, 2024, the company acquired 877 shares at an average price of 4.114 EUR per share, amounting to a total cost of 3,607.98 EUR. This action follows the approval of a share buyback program of up to 11 million shares, with a budget of EUR 50 million, sanctioned by the Board of Directors. Outokumpu announced a share buyback program of a maximum of 11 million shares on November 29, 2023. The Board of Directors approved a share buyback program of up to EUR 50 million under the authorization of the Annual General Meeting. The program will end no later than on March 21, 2024.
