(IN BRIEF) Outokumpu concluded its share repurchase program, acquiring a total of 39,634 of its own shares across trading venues CEUX and XHEL on February 22, 2024. The weighted average price per share stood at EUR 4.1, totaling EUR 162,562.24. This buyback initiative was part of a broader plan announced on November 29, 2023, wherein the company aimed to repurchase up to 11 million shares with a maximum budget of EUR 50 million, authorized by the Annual General Meeting. Outokumpu announced a share buyback program of a maximum of 11 million shares on November 29, 2023. The Board of Directors approved a share buyback program of up to EUR 50 million under the authorization of the Annual General Meeting. The program will end no later than on March 21, 2024.
