Orange Acquires Treasury Shares for Long-Term Incentive Plans

(IN BRIEF) Orange has announced its purchase of treasury shares as part of its 2023 share buyback program. These shares have been acquired to fulfill obligations related to long-term incentive plans designed for corporate officers and senior employees. These incentive plans are contingent on the presence and performance of key managers within the Group and were established to align their interests with the success of Orange’s strategic plan. The share buyback program was authorized by the Shareholders’ General Meeting held on May 23, 2023, and detailed information about the program can be found in Orange’s 2022 universal registration document. (PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 15-Dec-2023 — /EuropaWire/ — Orange announces that it has purchased treasury shares within the framework of its 2023 share buyback program.

These shares have been acquired to honour obligations related to long-term incentive plans for corporate officers and senior employees. The long-term incentive plans, which are conditional on presence and performance, were set up with the aim of involving Group key managers in the success of its strategic plan.
