(PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 26-Aug-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Capgemini has announced the signing of an agreement to acquire Cloud4C, a rapidly growing provider of automation-driven managed services across hybrid and sovereign cloud environments. The move strengthens Capgemini’s position in the global cloud services market and enhances its ability to deliver AI-powered, industry-specific cloud management frameworks to clients worldwide. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

Founded in 2014, Cloud4C has established itself as a trusted partner for large-scale digital transformation projects. Its 1,600 professionals specialise in low-code, AI-ready platforms that drive hyper-automation across infrastructure, applications, and operations. The company delivers end-to-end offerings that span cloud consulting, stack migration, hybrid cloud for sovereignty, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and compliance services. As a global premium partner for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Cloud4C has also cultivated strong ties with major technology vendors and hyperscalers.

Capgemini highlighted that the integration of Cloud4C will expand its global footprint in the fast-growing cloud managed services sector, forecasted to grow at 15% CAGR between 2024 and 2027 (IDC). The deal creates opportunities to further develop generative AI-powered automation platforms and scalable, vertical-specific cloud frameworks, while also providing immediate cross-selling potential across both firms’ client bases.

“This acquisition represents a significant leap forward in our ability to deliver next-generation cloud transformation services,” said Aiman Ezzat, CEO of Capgemini. “Cloud4C’s advanced automation and AI-ready platforms are a perfect fit for our portfolio. Its strong partnership with SAP complements our long-standing collaboration with them, and together we will accelerate the deployment of intelligent, scalable, and secure cloud solutions tailored to industry needs.”

Sridhar Pinnapureddy, Chairman and Managing Director of Cloud4C, described the partnership as a natural next step for the company: “Cloud4C was founded with the ambition to build a secure, innovation-driven, and highly automated cloud platform. Over the years, we’ve grown into a global player with operations in 29 countries. Becoming part of Capgemini allows us to scale our frameworks faster and extend our services to a much broader client base. It’s an exciting chapter for our team and for our customers.”

The acquisition also builds on Capgemini’s December 2024 purchase of Syniti, a specialist in data quality, governance, and migration. Together, Syniti’s expertise and Cloud4C’s capabilities in SAP cloud management will reinforce Capgemini’s leadership in delivering comprehensive end-to-end SAP services.
