US Customs and Border Protection Selects Accenture Federal Services for $380 Million IT Infrastructure Contract

(PRESS RELEASE) ARLINGTON, VA, United States, 20-Mar-2023 — /EuropaWire/ — Accenture (NYSE: ACN), a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud and security, announces that its subsidiary Accenture Federal Services (AFS) has been awarded a $380 million contract by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to provide IT infrastructure operations and modernization services. The contract, which was awarded through the General Services Administration’s Alliant 2 contract vehicle, includes comprehensive technology support for multiple CBP programs that are responsible for ensuring the security of the nation’s borders and facilitating international travel and trade.

Under the terms of the agreement, AFS will provide IT infrastructure services for CBP’s headquarters in Washington, DC, as well as its offices, divisions, regional locations, and data centers. The company will also assess and enhance current CBP operations to improve the performance of the Office of Information Technology.

In addition to the CBP contract, AFS has previously won two other contracts that support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, including the Transportation and Security Administration’s Secure Flight and credential management contracts.
