Salzgitter Group’s subsidiary KHS to showcase stretch-blow, filling and labeling tech innovations at drinktec 2013 September 16 – 20 2013 in Munich

13-9-2013 — /EuropaWire/ — KHS will be demonstrating the company’s consistent course in line with its “First Choice in Technology and Service” vision at drinktec 2013 from September 16 – 20, 2013 in Munich.

The international manufacturer of filling and packaging machinery for the beverages, food and non-food industry will focus on exhibiting innovations in the fields of stretch-blow, filling and labeling technologies at its trade fair stand covering an area of 4,200 m² (hall B 4, stand 328). KHS will also be showcasing its comprehensive range of services in a variety of ways.

The new KHS Innoprint machine generation featuring the direct printing of PET bottles – thereby dispensing with labelling material – will certainly rank as one of the highlights. The process of direct printing allows the required print image to be sent straight from the computer to the machine’s control unit, which enables a particularly high reaction speed and maximum flexibility.

In its Innosept Asbofill ASR, KHS will be presenting a new generation of aseptic rotary machine technology that closes the last gap in the field of aseptic cold filling and, together with its linear and rotary systems, now offers an end-to-end aseptic program that leaves nothing to be desired.

KHS has achieved even more sustainability, cost reduction, and space savings by implementing a new ultra-clean concept, in which the filler-capper system is integrated into what is known as a mini hygiene housing. In contrast to conventional hygiene housing, the floor area of this type of housing is also enclosed.

KHS is a subsidiary of the Salzgitter Group. The company is an international manufacturer of filling and packaging machinery for the beverages, food and non-food industry and ranks as a global leader in the sector.
