These include a new look, a redesigned main menu, new functionalities, and more. The main driver behind this total redesign was feedback from our users. As far as possible, we have tried to take into account their suggestions and comments, collected over the past years.
New features that users will see on login:
– new look,
– redesigned main menu,
– clearer layout of homepage,
– expanded accounts list (all holding accounts and authorised accounts now shown).
NLB Klik has:
more than 900,000 payments per month
1,028,000 logins to NLB Klik in May
In addition to the above changes, new functionalities allow users to:
– submit a rapid loan request,
– request a personalised credit offer,
– order a prepaid MasterCard,
– view online statements of authorised accounts,
– consult archived documents.
