(PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 19-Jun-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Netflix and TF1 Group have officially launched their distribution partnership in France, making TF1+ programming and TF1 live television channels available directly to Netflix members in the country.

The partnership, first announced live on stage at the TF1 Upfront in Paris, is now available from 19 June. It brings TF1 Group’s services into the Netflix platform through an integrated viewing experience, allowing members in France to access TF1+ content and live TV channels without leaving Netflix.

The agreement gives Netflix members access to live broadcasts from TF1, TMC, TFX, TF1 Séries Films and the 24-hour news channel LCI. It also includes a broad selection of TF1+ programming, ranging from daily dramas and soaps to entertainment formats, reality shows, competitions, sports and major television events.

The integrated model is designed to combine TF1’s French television content with Netflix’s user experience and platform features. TF1+ programmes and live channels will be presented within Netflix using familiar tools such as Continue Watching, My List and Top 10 rows, helping viewers discover and return to TF1 content more easily.

Among the programmes available are daily dramas such as Demain nous appartient and Ici tout commence, as well as series including Le Diplôme, Zodiaque and La Cible. Entertainment titles include Koh-Lanta, Secret Story and Dancing with the Stars, while live sports coverage will include the Rugby Nations Championship and major French national football team matches, excluding FIFA World Cup 2026.

Greg Peters, co-CEO of Netflix, said audiences now have more entertainment choices than ever, making it important to offer a wide range of television and films in a seamless and personalised way. He said the partnership with TF1 brings together two complementary content offerings in a strong user experience and adds more entertainment value for Netflix members in France.

Rodolphe Belmer, CEO of TF1 Group, said he was pleased to see the partnership with Netflix become available to viewers. He said Netflix subscribers will now be able to access TF1 television content in a new way, including news programmes, major rugby and football matches, Star Academy, Koh-Lanta and drama events such as L’Été 36.

Belmer added that combining TF1 programming with Netflix’s recommendation system will help the partners reach new audiences and create new opportunities for advertisers.

At launch, live channels and live sports will be available on TV devices. Mobile and web access is expected to be added in the months ahead.

The partnership marks a significant step in the convergence of streaming and traditional television in France, giving viewers a single destination for Netflix content, TF1+ programmes and TF1 live channels.
