The Home will use the space to distribute its products to stores customers directly. With two physical stores in Bucharest and Cluj, the logistics park is an ideal location due to its direct access to the A3 highway, which connects Bucharest Northern and Eastern Areas, as well as the city centre and the Henry Coanda International Airport. The Home currently has two physical stores in Bucharest and Cluj and has signed a total c. 8,000 sqm lease contract with Logicor from which it will distribute its products to stores customers directly.

Logicor Bucharest II Logistics Park is an ideal location for The Home to conduct its distribution operation as it has direct access to the A3 highway, connecting Bucharest Northern and Eastern Areas as well as the city centre and the Henry Coanda International Airport.
