(PRESS RELEASE) FREDERICIA, 6-May-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — DLG Group has appointed Anders Ravn-Nielsen as Vice President for Global Crop Categories within its Agriculture Business Group, effective 1 May 2026. The move marks a strategic step to further strengthen the development and commercial positioning of the company’s global crop portfolio.

In his new position, Anders Ravn-Nielsen will take responsibility for advancing DLG Group’s crop business on a global scale, with a strong emphasis on market alignment and customer needs. His role will involve shaping competitive product offerings and delivering integrated solutions tailored to farmers operating across diverse agricultural environments and conditions.

Peter Kjær Jensen, Executive Vice President of the Agriculture Business Group, highlighted Ravn-Nielsen’s return as a valuable addition to the organisation. He pointed to his extensive knowledge of DLG’s operations, combined with strong commercial capabilities and operational expertise, as key assets in driving the company’s cross-border priorities and reinforcing its global crop strategy.

Ravn-Nielsen brings significant experience from his previous tenure within DLG Group, where he held several senior roles over a 17-year period. His background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the crop value chain, including the interplay between sourcing, logistics, commercial development, and market execution.

Prior to rejoining DLG, he served as Sales Manager at BASF Agricultural Solutions in the Nordic region. In that role, he oversaw cross-border commercial activities and was part of the regional management team, further strengthening his expertise in international agricultural markets.

In his new capacity, Ravn-Nielsen will oversee the strategic direction of DLG Group’s global crop portfolio, covering key areas such as crop protection, fertilisers, and seeds. His appointment is expected to support the company’s ambition to enhance value creation for farmers through more targeted and competitive offerings.

Commenting on his return, Ravn-Nielsen expressed enthusiasm about rejoining the organisation and contributing to the continued development of its crop production activities. He noted the strong foundation already in place and the opportunities ahead to further grow the business and deliver value to customers.

He succeeds Christoffer Hage, who earlier this year transitioned to a new role as Chief Executive Officer of Earthkeeper Holding.
