AF Gruppen Awarded NOK 960 Million Contract for Structural Work at New Rikshospitalet in Gaustad

(IN BRIEF) AF Gruppen has been chosen by Helse Sør-Øst RFH to carry out the structural work at the New Rikshospitalet, with a contract valued at NOK 960 million. This comprehensive project includes groundwork, concrete work for foundations, walls, and floors, and the assembly of prefabricated concrete and steel structures. (PRESS RELEASE) OSLO, 28-May-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — AF Gruppen has been awarded the contract for the structural work at the New Rikshospitalet by Helse Sør-Øst RFH. The value of the agreement is NOK 960 million, excluding VAT.

The scope of the contract includes a variety of construction tasks, such as minor groundwork, the casting of concrete for foundations, walls, and floors, and the assembly of prefabricated concrete and steel structures. This project is a significant part of the ongoing development of the New Rikshospitalet, which is expected to be a state-of-the-art healthcare facility for the future.
