(IN BRIEF) Savills, the real estate advisor, has relocated its team of 30 professionals to a new, larger office in Reading after 10 years of successful operations in the town. The new 3,704 sq ft office in One Forbury Square has been designed to meet the needs of its multi-disciplinary real estate services including Residential Development Sales, Residential Lettings, Planning, Development, Valuation and Occupier Services. The company invested in a new fit-out for the premises, with sustainability in mind, to accommodate its continued growth.

Savills is located on the ground floor of the building, overlooking Forbury Square, which is also home to Davidson House and the Forbury Hotel.
