ANDRITZ Announces Resignation of Domenico Iacovelli from Executive Board

(IN BRIEF) ANDRITZ, a leading international technology group, has announced the amicable resignation of Domenico Iacovelli, effective December 31, 2023. Iacovelli, who played a crucial role in overseeing the Metals business area, will be stepping down from the Executive Board. The company expressed its appreciation for his outstanding performance, particularly in the successful restructuring of the Schuler Group, its strategic ventures into battery technology for electric vehicles, and entry into the green hydrogen market. Effective January 1, 2024, Joachim Schönbeck, President and CEO of ANDRITZ GROUP, will assume the Executive Board responsibilities previously held by Mr. Iacovelli.

He has played a key role on the Executive Board, overseeing Metals business area.
