ANDRITZ Expands Environmental and Energy Focus with New Business Area and Financial Reporting Changes

(IN BRIEF) International technology group ANDRITZ has announced the establishment of a new business area called “Environment & Energy” to consolidate its environmental and energy-focused technologies, aiming to better align with the markets it serves. ANDRITZ Environment & Energy offers sustainable solutions such as green hydrogen systems, P2X, carbon capture, flue gas cleaning, and more, catering to a wide range of industries. Additionally, the company has renamed its “Hydro” business area to “Hydropower” and will adopt a new financial reporting structure starting in Q1 2024 to reflect these changes.

ANDRITZ Environment & Energy focuses on sustainable solutions. Its comprehensive product portfolio includes systems for green hydrogen, P2X, carbon capture, flue gas cleaning, solid/liquid separation, feed and food processing, and pumps for various processes.

The business area offers these systems, as well as related automation and digitalization solutions and services, to a wide range of industries.

The new business area structure will be reflected in the company’s financial reporting starting in Q1 2024.
