(PRESS RELEASE) BASILDON, 10-Jan-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — CNH Industrial’s Case IH and New Holland brands have been recognized with ten AE50 2025 awards, honoring the most innovative products and systems for the agricultural and food industries. These prestigious awards, presented by the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE), celebrate cutting-edge solutions that elevate the efficiency, sustainability, and effectiveness of farming.

Case IH’s Award-Winning Innovations

The Case IH Axial-Flow 260 series combines set a new benchmark in harvesting technology. Featuring integrated, subscription-free systems, the combine maximizes productivity and grain handling efficiency with its single-rotor technology. The redesigned Axial-Flow combines focus on improving operator experience while boosting capacity, crop flow, and horsepower efficiency. The introduction of simplified maintenance and enhanced connectivity as standard further enhances its user-friendliness.

To complement these combines, the Case IH C500 series corn heads were developed to seamlessly integrate with the AF and 260 series models. These corn heads deliver superior durability, reliability, and enhanced grain savings, optimizing harvesting performance.

In baling, Case IH’s Large Square Baler Automation controls offer hands-free operation, automatically adjusting tractor speed and steering to optimize windrow volume. This results in consistent, high-quality bales and maximized throughput.

The Quadtrac Heavy-Duty Suspension system improves productivity by providing a smoother ride at transport speeds of up to 26.5 mph, adapting to ground contours for greater comfort and speed.

The Model Year 2025 Magnum tractors, equipped with 21×5 PowerDrive transmissions, will feature Automatic Productivity Management 2 (APM2) technology. APM2 regulates driveline and engine functions to manage ground speed, optimize fuel economy, and prevent engine stalls for smoother operations.

The Modular Tramline System for the Early Riser 2160 48-row 20-inch planter improves efficiency by optimizing planter tramline compatibility, reducing unused tramlines, and enhancing productivity and yield potential, ultimately minimizing operator fatigue.

New Holland’s Award-Winning Technologies

New Holland’s IntelliSense™ Bale Automation system represents a breakthrough in baling technology. Integrated with SmartSteer™ swath guidance, the system ensures the baler remains centered on the windrow, while IntelliCruise II™ speed control adjusts the baler’s forward speed using LiDAR technology. This provides more efficient baling, leading to higher-quality bales.

The CropSpeed Monitoring System, featured in the FR Forage Cruiser range, utilizes radar technology to monitor crop speed and detect potential spout blockages. When a blockage is imminent, operators are alerted, enabling them to adjust their speed for continued productivity.

New Holland’s UltraFeed™ Pickup head, designed for the FR Forage Cruiser, further enhances performance with its 13-foot working width. The system improves crop flow and efficiently handles larger windrows, boosting overall harvesting performance.

CNH’s continued success in earning AE50 awards, with 20% of this year’s honors attributed to the company, reflects its unwavering commitment to fostering innovation. Through its Case IH and New Holland brands, CNH continues to deliver advanced solutions that drive sustainability and enhance farming efficiency.
