VIENNA, 04-Apr-2018 — /EuropaWire/ — SIGNA can celebrate another major letting success at the top business location, THE ICON VENNA. Following the winning of the world class concern Nestlé as a tenant shortly before Christmas, Procter & Gamble (P&G) Austria are now also moving their headquarters into the landmark office building THE ICON VIENNA, at Vienna’s Central Railway Station. The US corporation has concluded a long-term rental contract in Tower 38, on the sixth floor, and plans are for the move to the new location to take place in December 2018.

P&G is one of the world’s largest consumer goods manufacturers, with operations in 70 countries and one of the strongest portfolios of leading, quality brands. TOP OF THE RANGE MODERN OFFICES WITH OUTSTANDINGLY FINE QUALITY

THE ICON VIENNA at Vienna’s new Central Railway Station, with its three towers of different heights, creates an architectural symbol at this business location which redefines the skyline of the city. The project is the only office building at the location with direct access to the public transport network of Vienna’s underground and urban railways, as well as to the main line system of Austrian Federal Railways and the newly created StationCity, with all its infrastructure facilities. The location of the building in the Belvedere District means an excellent infrastructure, including transport links and local supply, service and leisure facilities, which gives the location the highest work and living quality.

“This isn’t just a location change for us. It’s about creating a wholly new working environment for our organization that fosters collaboration, creativity and innovation. We have chosen THE ICON VIENNA because it offers a state-of-the-art infrastructure that is environmentally friendly, which reflects our philosophy. Its location is also very attractive with easy access to public transport as well as a vibrant and modern neighborhood in proximity to Vienna’s rich cultural heritage”, explains Bettina Vogler-Trinkfass, Country Manager of P&G Austria.

THERE ARE ALREADY A GOOD NUMBER OF RENOWNED TENANTS IN THE ICON VIENNA

Given the fact that famous name companies such as Nestlé, BAWAG P.S.K., and TPA have already decided on THE ICON VIENNA as their business location, the winning of Procter & Gamble as tenants proves once again the great attraction of the new building by SIGNA, which is showing the way to the future. “Developing office properties which set new standards, in the finest location, with good public communications, exclusive facilities, and provided with environmentally-friendly infrastructure that cuts operating costs as well: The ongoing success in securing tenants emphasises the correctness of this strategic direction adopted by SIGNA in the context of modern worlds of work. “We are extremely pleased with the confirmation of the approach we are taking, and we shall pursue it with absolute commitment”, says SIGNA Managing Director Christoph Stadlhuber.
