This additional dividend is in addition to the ordinary dividend approved by the AGM earlier this year.

The second extraordinary dividend will be distributed to shareholders registered in the company’s shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy on the record date of Friday, September 29, 2023. Shareholders can expect to receive the second extraordinary dividend on Friday, October 6, 2023. Notably, both the second extraordinary dividend and the second installment of the ordinary dividend, amounting to EUR 0.51 per share, will share the same record and payment dates.
