Savills Strengthens Social Value Team with Appointment of Michael Blake

With a decade of experience in social value and community wealth building, Michael will support clients in maximizing social value within their UK portfolios. His role involves developing strategies and innovative programs to create impact, foster community engagement, and drive positive change. This appointment underscores Savills’ commitment to social value and its significance in the broader environmental, social, and governance (ESG) agenda.

(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 18-Jul-2023 — /EuropaWire/ — Michael has 10 years’ experience in the field of social value and community wealth building across the private, public and voluntary sectors. Most recently, as the Head of Social Investment, he designed and wrote Kensington and Chelsea’s Social Investment Strategy.

As part of the social value team within Savills Earth, Michael’s focus will be to support clients to get the most social value out of their projects and programmes across their UK portfolios helping to develop strategies and innovative programmes that create impact and support with community engagement among residents.
