Henkel Unveils Sustainable Adhesives for Recycling at LabelExpo 2024
(IN BRIEF) Henkel Adhesive Technologies will showcase its sustainable pressure-sensitive adhesives at LabelExpo 2024 in Chicago. These adhesives, certified by the Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute (TLMI) as compatible with post-consumer recycling processes, highlight Henkel’s commitment to advancing sustainability in the packaging industry. Featured products include Technomelt 4144 RE and PS 9625 RE, which are designed to support recycling and are approved for use in food packaging by the FDA.
(PRESS RELEASE) DÜSSELDORF, 26-Aug-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — Henkel Adhesive Technologies is set to take center stage at this year’s LabelExpo, the largest label and packaging printing trade show in North America, with a strong focus on sustainability. The company will present its innovative portfolio of pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs), which have been certified as compatible with post-consumer recycling processes by the Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute (TLMI).
At the event, Henkel will demonstrate its commitment to advancing sustainability in the packaging industry by showcasing its range of high-performance PSAs. These adhesives are designed to meet rigorous TLMI standards, ensuring they can be effectively integrated into recycling processes. Featured products include Technomelt 4144 RE and PS 9625 RE, which are part of Henkel’s RE product range aimed at promoting recycling. These adhesives offer versatile bonding solutions for various applications, from general-purpose labels to linerless labels, and are also approved for use in food packaging by the U.S. FDA.
