This innovative initiative offers employees the opportunity to experience short-term assignments at different Bechtle sites, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and personal growth. Unlike traditional job rotation programmes, Location Rotation allows staff to maintain their usual tasks while immersing themselves in new working environments, cultures, and languages.
