Constellation Oil Services Strengthens Investor Profile Through Uplisting from Euronext Growth Oslo to Euronext Oslo Børs

(IN BRIEF) Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A. has uplisted from Euronext Growth Oslo to Euronext Oslo Børs under the ticker code COSH, with a market capitalisation of approximately NOK 11.99 billion on its first day of trading. The company originally listed on Euronext Growth Oslo in March 2025 and has now moved to the main Oslo market after 14 months, marking the 24th listing on Euronext in 2026 and the 10th international admission this year. Constellation is a leading offshore oil and gas drilling services provider in Brazil, holding around one-fifth of the country’s offshore drilling market. With about 2,000 employees and a 46-year track record, the company operates in one of the largest and fastest-growing offshore drilling markets in the world. (PRESS RELEASE) OSLO, 26-May-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Euronext has congratulated Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A. on its uplisting from Euronext Growth Oslo to Euronext Oslo Børs, marking another milestone for the company following its initial listing on Euronext Growth in March 2025.

Trading in Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A. began on Euronext Oslo Børs under the ticker code COSH. The uplisting represents the 24th listing on Euronext in 2026 and the 10th international admission across Euronext markets so far this year.

Constellation is a leading provider of offshore oil and gas drilling services in Brazil, where it holds approximately one-fifth of the country’s offshore drilling market. With around 2,000 employees and a 46-year operating history, the company has developed a strong position in Brazil’s offshore energy sector, one of the largest and fastest-growing offshore drilling markets globally.

At the market opening, Constellation’s share price was NOK 142, based on the closing price on Euronext Growth Oslo on 22 May 2026. This gave the company a market capitalisation of approximately NOK 11.99 billion on its first day of trading on Euronext Oslo Børs.
