2012 International Property Award Winners in South America Designed with ArchiCAD

BUDAPEST, 27-12-2012 — /europawire.eu/ — GRAPHISOFT® has announced that two of the winning entries in this year’s International Property Awards were designed using ArchiCAD, GRAPHISOFT’s award-winning BIM software. Farkasvölgyi Arquitetura was ’highly commended’ for two of its designs: Complexo Andradas, a mixed-use development, and ABC-All Business Center, both located in Brazil. The Complexo Andradas will boast South America’s tallest building, the BH Tower.

“We are pleased and proud to learn that one of GRAPHISOFT’s Key Clients has been recognized by this esteemed group of professionals,” said Viktor Várkonyi, CEO of GRAPHISOFT. “The Farkasvölgyi team can be rightly proud of this latest success,” he continued.

”With a history of 40 years behind us, today Farkasvölgyi Architecture ‘reaps the rewards’ of an investment made long ago: the choice of ArchiCAD as our base software, even when this was not widespread in the country, was the right one,” said Bernardo Farkasvölgyi, architect/owner of the award-winning firm. “We trusted in GRAPHISOFT, which now gives us what is the most advanced BIM software in the architecture and construction market,” he added.
