The new entity, TendrillWood (TENDRILLWOOD SDN BHD), was established in 2023 and combines Wood’s global expertise with Tendrill’s deep local knowledge to provide comprehensive project solutions tailored to the Brunei market.

With a workforce of around 800 employees, 74% of whom are Bruneian, TendrillWood is dedicated to supporting local communities, fostering skill development, and contributing to Brunei’s economic growth in alignment with the Wawasan Brunei 2035 vision.

The company was awarded a major contract by Brunei Shell Petroleum (BSP) for asset rejuvenation, which included front-end engineering design (FEED), detailed design, construction, procurement, and project management.

In 2023, Wood secured a two-year extension with BSP to continue enhancing offshore energy assets, focusing on boosting production efficiency and capacity.
