A MAJOR ASSET TO ATTRACT THE TALENT NECESSARY TO THE DEPLOYMENT OF THE STRATEGIC PLAN “GROW & IMPACT”

The company is one of only 11 companies worldwide to have received this recognition. The Top Employers Institute, the global authority that issues the award, has recognized Saint-Gobain’s ability to unite its employees and bring them closer together by creating a sense of belonging within the organization, namely its values, ethics and integrity. The good performance in terms of company strategy, leadership and recruitment strategy were also much appreciated.
