The development, located in the Domitia Business Park, will offer modern Class A specifications and sustainability features, including a rooftop solar installation and a target of BREEAM Excellent certification. The deal supports Philéa Solutions’ expansion across France while reinforcing Logicor’s position in the European logistics real estate market.

(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 30-Mar-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Logicor has secured a significant pre-let agreement at its logistics development in Beaucaire, France, with Philéa Solutions committing to lease nearly 6,500 square metres of space. The agreement marks an important milestone for the project, highlighting continued demand for high-quality, strategically located logistics facilities.

The lease has been signed ahead of the site’s full completion, which is expected in the coming weeks. Philéa Solutions will occupy approximately 6,476 square metres, including 250 square metres of office space, to support its food storage and distribution operations. The Beaucaire site will become the company’s ninth operational location, further expanding its footprint across France.

Situated within the 120-hectare Domitia Business Park, the development spans a four-hectare site and offers a total of 12,847 square metres of logistics space. The facility includes 17 loading docks, generous parking capacity, and benefits from a prime location with strong transport connectivity to key cities such as Arles, Nîmes, and Avignon.

Designed as a Class A logistics building, the warehouse features a clear internal height of 11.5 metres and incorporates a range of sustainability-focused elements. The project is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification and includes energy-efficient LED lighting, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and a rooftop photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 499 kWc.
