Ericsson Appoints Charlotte Levert as New Chief People Officer, Succeeding MajBritt Arfert

Levert, who currently heads People for the Business Area Cloud and Software Services, will replace MajBritt Arfert, who is stepping down after a 38-year tenure with the company. Levert brings a strong HR background, having held senior roles at Ericsson and Tieto. (PRESS RELEASE) STOCKHOLM, 6-Feb-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC) has appointed Charlotte Levert as the company’s new Chief People Officer, Senior Vice President, and Head of Group Function People, effective February 10, 2025. Levert, who is currently Vice President and Head of People for the Business Area Cloud and Software Services, will succeed MajBritt Arfert, who announced her departure from the company in October 2024. Levert’s new role will see her joining Ericsson’s Executive Team, where she will report directly to the CEO and be based in Sweden.

Charlotte Levert brings a wealth of experience to her new position, having held key leadership roles across various business areas within Ericsson. She previously served as Head of People for the Business Area Managed Services. Before joining Ericsson, Levert worked as Head of HR Sweden and Global HR Business Partner at Tieto, in addition to holding several senior HR management roles. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Human Resources.
