(PRESS RELEASE) MADRID, 24-May-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — CEMOSA, the Spanish multinational specializing in engineering and quality control for the construction sector with a presence in more than 20 countries across Europe, Latin America, and Asia, has chosen Eviden for the implementation of its SAP SF Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll as part of its digital and intelligent company strategy.

This technology will play a key role in the growth plans of the Spanish multinational business and will initially focus on a new self-service HR system. The goal is to enable employees to manage their own data, help HR teams streamline processes, reduce costs, and dedicate more time to working strategically to add value to key activities.

Over the past few months, Eviden has collaborated with CEMOSA in defining the evolution of its SAP HR Information Systems, with a dual purpose: to ensure the necessary transformation for its HR systems and to have an application that guarantees the evolution of functionality for the HR department and its future operations.

Ultimately, it was decided that evolving towards SuccessFactors was the best option for CEMOSA. Once the product licenses were acquired, the next phase is to develop the implementation project for Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a leading human resources software in the sector that maintains continuous digital evolution through its bi-annual updates, helping to attract, engage, and retain personnel more effectively.

A key aspect is Employee Central’s ability to facilitate reporting and regulatory compliance, ensuring that all user actions are saved and easily accessible through comprehensive and agile reports. Furthermore, with the inclusion of administrative processes and payroll calculation for its employees, CEMOSA now has an advanced HR platform, completely revamped, which also incorporates SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll as an integrated management system for the remuneration and legal compliance of its employees.

The implementation expertise provided to CEMOSA by Eviden, is part of a wider global team of HCM (Human Capital Management) experts which operates in 20 countries, leveraging over 15 years of delivery expertise on migrating processes to the SuccessFactors public cloud platform, to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support.
