(PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 18-Mar-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Amundi has introduced a new actively managed exchange-traded fund, the Amundi EUR Corporate Bond Active UCITS ETF, expanding its offering in the European credit market and reinforcing its position in both ETFs and fixed income investing. The new ETF, listed on Xetra, is designed to provide investors with access to euro-denominated investment-grade corporate bonds while aiming to generate additional returns through active management.

The launch combines Amundi’s long-standing expertise in fixed income with the accessibility and transparency of the ETF format. With €830 billion in fixed income assets under management4, including €360 billion in euro credit, the firm brings significant scale and depth of experience, supported by a team of around 200 investment professionals³. This is complemented by its established ETF platform, which includes more than 350 products and over €340 billion in assets.

The strategy behind the ETF builds on an established euro corporate bond approach that has been in place since 1999, when the euro was first introduced. Managed by a team led by Hervé Boiral, Chief Investment Officer for Euro Credit and Investment Solutions, the strategy benefits from a long track record and significant existing assets under management.

The ETF will invest in approximately 100 issuers, focusing primarily on corporate bonds from OECD countries. At least 80% of its assets will be allocated to corporate bonds, with a minimum of 70% invested in euro-denominated investment-grade securities. The fund is classified under Article 8 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation5, reflecting its environmental and social characteristics.

By offering active management within an ETF structure, the product aims to provide investors with a balance of performance potential and ease of access. The format allows both professional and retail investors to benefit from daily liquidity, transparency, and straightforward portfolio integration.

Gilles Dauphiné, Head of Active and White Label ETFs at Amundi, highlighted that the launch reflects the firm’s ambition to make its active investment strategies more widely accessible. He noted that combining active expertise with the ETF structure enables clients to access proven strategies in a more flexible and user-friendly way.

The new product forms part of Amundi’s broader expansion of its active ETF range, which has recently been strengthened with additional launches, including an active money market ETF, as the firm continues to develop solutions across both active and passive investment segments.
