Under this agreement, CACEIS now holds a strategic stake of 33.33% in Fund Channel, while Amundi retains its position as the majority shareholder.

This strategic partnership empowers Fund Channel to offer a cutting-edge platform solution to asset managers and distributors, leveraging the comprehensive dealing and distribution services built on the expertise and robust capabilities of its two esteemed shareholders.

The completion of this milestone is an integral part of the 2025 strategic plan outlined by both parties to investors in June 2022. With a shared objective of achieving EUR 600 billion of Assets under Administration, this collaboration solidifies Fund Channel’s position as a leading provider of services for the open-architecture distribution market in Europe. The platform encompasses a wide range of offerings, including data management, fund execution, advisory services, business intelligence, and rebates management, further strengthening its position as the premier platform in the market¹.
