AF Gruppen’s HTB to Construct Multi-Purpose Equipment Halls at Finnmark’s Porsangermoen Camp

(IN BRIEF) Forsvarsbygg has awarded HTB, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, a NOK 158 million turnkey contract to build multi-purpose storage halls at the Porsangermoen military camp in Finnmark. HTB will handle both design and build aspects, leveraging its extensive experience in commercial and storage construction. Construction is set to start in autumn 2025, with project completion anticipated by spring 2027.

(PRESS RELEASE) OSLO, 23-Jun-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — AF Gruppen’s subsidiary, Helgesen Tekniske Bygg AS (HTB), has been awarded a NOK 158 million (ex-VAT) turnkey contract by Forsvarsbygg to deliver a new facility at Porsangermoen camp in Finnmark. The project encompasses the design and construction of versatile halls intended for secure storage of equipment and materials.
