AF Gruppen and Linstow AS Collaborate on Sustainable Renovation of Akersgata 13-15 / Tollbugata 32 in Oslo

(IN BRIEF) AF Gruppen and Linstow AS have signed a collaborative contract through Platou Eiendomsinvest 206 AS for the renovation of Akersgata 13-15 / Tollbugata 32 in Oslo. The project involves merging and renovating properties located in Kvadraturen in Oslo, resulting in an office building measuring over 15,000 m2 GFA in area, including street-level retail activities. The renovation aims to create a city attraction and will involve significant changes to the building’s façade. The project will be carried out in two phases, with construction scheduled to start in Q1 2024. The expected construction cost is approximately NOK 480 million.

(PRESS RELEASE) OSLO, 22-Mar-2023 — /EuropaWire/ — AF Gruppen (LON: 0DH7), a leading contracting and industrial group and the 3rd largest civil engineering and construction company in Norway, and Linstow AS, through Platou Eiendomsinvest 206 AS, have signed a collaboration contract for the renovation of Akersgata 13-15 / Tollbugata 32 in Oslo. The project involves merging and renovating properties located in Kvadraturen in Oslo, with a planned extension in the existing rear court, resulting in an office building measuring over 15,000 m2 GFA in area, including street-level retail activities.

The project will be carried out in two phases, with the second phase involving the actual implementation. Upon signing the final implementation contract, the contract value will be included in the order backlog, with an expected construction cost of approximately NOK 480 million.

The building’s façade will undergo significant changes, including expanded windows and high-quality materials that will enhance the building’s expression and give it a distinct visual identity. The aim of the renovation is to create a city attraction. The project architect is Lund+Slaatto Arkitekter.

The collaboration will begin immediately after the contract is signed, and construction is scheduled to commence in Q1 2024.
