The move strengthens Savills’ position in the high-end residential rental market and enhances its tailored services for high-net-worth landlords and tenants.

The acquisition is designed to expand Savills’ capabilities in the super prime lettings segment, not only across prime central and north London but also more broadly throughout the UK. By integrating Mark Tunstall Property into its operations, Savills aims to further develop its bespoke offering within one of the most competitive and high-value property markets.

As part of the agreement, Mark Tunstall will rejoin Savills as co-head of super prime lettings in London, working alongside Isabella Birch Reynardson. He will be based at the firm’s Sloane Street office and will collaborate closely with Savills Private Office and its international network. Tunstall brings more than two decades of experience in prime central London lettings, including previous leadership roles and the establishment of Savills’ own super prime lettings division before founding his independent business 14 years ago.

Also joining Savills is Murdi van Hien, who has played a key role in the growth of Mark Tunstall Property. With over 16 years of experience in the sector and a strong track record in high-value rental transactions, she returns to Savills as a director within the super prime lettings team.
