Elkharbotly, who holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Illinois, currently serves as President of I-Health, a subsidiary of DSM Firmenich. Her career includes a range of senior leadership roles at DSM Firmenich, LIXIL, Grohe, and Whirlpool, showcasing her broad expertise in sales, marketing, and business transformation.
