Virginie Leroy brings a wealth of experience to her new role. After completing her degrees at École Polytechnique and École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, she joined VINCI Immobilier in 2010 as the Head of Business Property Projects. In 2015, she assumed leadership of the Urban Development and Major Projects department before progressing to the position of Deputy Managing Director, Business Property and Development. In March 2022, she was appointed Managing Director, Residential Real Estate and Regions.

Virginie Leroy succeeds Olivier de la Roussière, who has been at the helm of VINCI Immobilier since its inception in 2005, following the merger of Sorif and Elige.
