(IN BRIEF) Nicolas Servage will become Président of Apixit on 1 April 2026, succeeding Fabrice Tusseau, who will transition into an advisory role before retiring at the end of the year. Servage, who has been with Apixit since 2014 and co-led the company since 2018, brings extensive financial and operational experience, including senior roles at KPMG and Orange Cyberdefense. Under Tusseau’s leadership, Apixit strengthened its cybersecurity and network capabilities and successfully integrated into the Bechtle Group in 2023, and the company now operates across nine locations in France with a strong SOC and managed services offering.

(PRESS RELEASE) LES ULIS, 4-Feb-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — From 1 April 2026, Nicolas Servage will take over as Président of Apixit, succeeding Fabrice Tusseau, with whom he has jointly led the company as Co-Managing Director since 2018. Under their shared leadership, Apixit has strengthened its position as a leading provider of cybersecurity and network infrastructure services. Fabrice Tusseau will step down from his formal role as planned on 1 April but will remain with the company in an advisory capacity until the end of 2026, before retiring on 31 December.

Tusseau has been a central figure in Apixit’s development since 2011, initially serving as Managing Director before becoming Président in October 2014. During his tenure, he played a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, expanding its capabilities, and overseeing its integration into the Bechtle Group following its acquisition in October 2023. In his advisory role, he will continue to contribute to strategic initiatives within Bechtle France, particularly focusing on strengthening internal collaboration and synergies across the organisation.

Nicolas Servage, who joined Apixit in late 2014, brings extensive experience in finance, operations, and corporate management. He initially led the company’s Administration, Finance, and Human Resources functions before becoming Chief Operating Officer and later Managing Director of the Apixit Group in 2018, including its subsidiaries Orsenna and NMS. Prior to Apixit, Servage worked at KPMG in France and was later involved in the establishment of Orange Cyberdefense, where he served as Chief Financial Officer.

Mathilde Bluteau, Vice President France at Bechtle, highlighted Tusseau’s significant contribution to Apixit’s growth and strategic positioning over the past 15 years, including his instrumental role in facilitating the company’s integration into the Bechtle Group. She also expressed confidence in Servage’s appointment, noting that his leadership ensures continuity while positioning Apixit for further development within a strong European technology group.

Apixit has been part of the Bechtle Group since late 2023 and currently employs 345 people across nine locations in France, including Lille, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Les Ulis (its headquarters), Rennes, Quimper, Nantes, Lyon, Toulouse, and Maisons-Laffitte. The company specialises in network infrastructure and cybersecurity, operating its own Security Operations Centre (SOC), while also providing digital infrastructure, network operations, and managed services.

Together with its subsidiaries NMS and Orsenna, Apixit forms part of Bechtle’s French operations alongside Bechtle direct, Bechtle Comsoft, Inmac Wstore, and Cadmes. Collectively, these seven companies employ approximately 1,200 people across 16 locations in France, generate around €825 million in revenue from IT products and services, and serve more than 40,000 public and private sector customers with solutions spanning IT infrastructure, networking, modern workplace, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.
