(PRESS RELEASE) MUNICH, 16-Jan-2023 — /EuropaWire/ — Hubert Burda Media, a German tech and media group, has provided some highlights from the DLD (Digital Life Design) Munich 23, January 12 – 14, 2023, a global conference network, organized by Munich-based DLD Media, a company of Hubert Burda Media. The Digital Life Design (DLD) Munich conference brought together a diverse group of global interdisciplinary experts to discuss a wide range of topics. Artificial Intelligence (AI) was the main topic of the conference, with panel discussions and debates on the future of the media industry, the potential for AI to enhance journalism, and whether AI will one day be able to write better music than humans.

One panel featured Musixmatch founder Max Ciociola, Ole Obermann, Global Head of Music at TikTok and Bytedance, and music producer and ABBA star Björn Ulvaeus, who tackled the question of whether AI will one day be able to write better music than humans. The panelists agreed that the lines between what humans can create and what AI can create will become increasingly blurred.

In addition to panel discussions, the conference also featured a live podcast session with marketing professor Scott Galloway and tech journalist Kara Swisher, as well as the traditional presentation of the Aenne Burda Award, which honors women who have made a significant impact to society with their outstanding entrepreneurial and creative achievements. This year’s award went to Turkish social entrepreneur Ebru Baybara Demir, who was recognized for her exceptional culinary skills and her work on social and sustainability projects.

Overall, DLD Munich 23 provided a platform for attendees to explore the latest developments in AI and its potential impact on various industries, as well as to connect with like-minded individuals and build a sense of community.
