Arkema accelerates deployment of climate fresk to raise awareness among employees

(IN BRIEF) Chemicals company Arkema is set to roll out its Climate fresk workshops to more employees. The workshops, which have already been held with over 1,000 employees, aim to increase awareness of climate change, its causes and effects, and suggest action that can be taken. In total, Arkema has 21,100 staff. The initiative is part of the company’s ambitious corporate social responsibility (CSR) policy, which includes a climate plan aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 46% by 2030 compared to 2019. Over 90% of Arkema’s patents are related to sustainable development.

The Climate fresk is a participatory workshop that provides an understanding of the causes and consequences of climate change, while suggesting ways to take action later on. All of our employees are expected to participate in the coming months.

Raising awareness about the climate
