Xavier Chardon Appointed CEO of Citroën, Set to Lead Brand into New Horizons

Chardon’s appointment follows the successful leadership of Thierry Koskas, who oversaw the renewal of Citroën’s lineup, including the recent launch of the C5 Aircross. Chardon will report to Jean-Philippe Imparato, Stellantis’ Chief Operating Officer for Enlarged Europe, and will continue to drive the brand’s momentum, building on the recent successes of Citroën as it navigates a rapidly changing automotive landscape.

Xavier Chardon brings nearly 20 years of experience with Citroën, having developed a deep understanding of the brand and its global operations. His vast international experience and knowledge of the automotive sector make him ideally suited to lead the brand through its ongoing transformation and to accelerate its growth in an increasingly competitive market.
