(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 21-May-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Rolls-Royce (LSE: RR., ADR: RYCEY) has announced a significant milestone with the signing of its 1,500th CorporateCare® Enhanced service contract since the program’s launch in 2019. This achievement underscores the strong global demand for the service, which offers comprehensive financial and operational benefits for business aviation customers.

CorporateCare Enhanced is designed to mitigate the risk of maintenance costs and protect customers against unforeseen expenses, unscheduled events, and operational disruptions anywhere in the world. The service provides a range of advantages, including increased asset value and liquidity, improved aircraft availability, reduced management burdens, full risk transfer, and direct priority access to Rolls-Royce’s global services infrastructure. Additionally, the service includes remote site assistance, ensuring customers receive the support they need regardless of location.

The coverage includes a wide variety of service items for several Rolls-Royce engine models, such as the AE 3007, Tay, Pearl® 15, Pearl 700, BR710, and BR725 engines. For these engines, CorporateCare Enhanced offers maintenance services for the entire powerplant, including the nacelle, engine build-up, thrust reverser, unit-related services, and protection against erosion and corrosion across all engine and nacelle components.

Lindsey Gillen, VP Sales and Marketing – Business Aviation Services at Rolls-Royce, commented: “Since launching CorporateCare Enhanced, we have seen strong global demand, which demonstrates the value this program brings to our customers. What resonates most is our comprehensive philosophy: whatever it is – if we provide it, we cover it. The program offers unrivaled coverage for the full powerplant, including both engine and nacelle, along with priority access to our dedicated Business Aviation Service Network.”

Business aviation continues to be of strategic importance for Rolls-Royce, with the company powering over 4,000 aircraft, holding a nearly 70% market share in the very-long- and ultra-long-range, large-cabin jet segment. Operating profit in this market has more than doubled in the last two years, driven by improvements in original equipment deliveries and aftermarket services, supported by commercial optimization and cost efficiencies. Today, more than 2,500 aircraft are covered by CorporateCare Enhanced and CorporateCare, with approximately 75% of new Rolls-Royce powered aircraft deliveries enrolled in CorporateCare Enhanced. The growth of Rolls-Royce’s powered fleet and high utilization is expected to generate an annual growth of about 3% in aftermarket volume.
