Philips sponsors the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine’s upcoming COVID-19 marathon webinar

(PRESS RELEASE) AMSTERDAM, 27-Mar-2020 — /EuropaWire/ — Philips announces its support to the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine (ESICM)’s upcoming COVID-19 marathon webinar by sponsoring the event. The webinar is designed to strengthen the efforts of the international community and network of intensive care professionals in the face of the COVID-19 crisis. The event will be held on Saturday, March 28. It will consist of a live, 7-hour marathon webinar filled with discussions, presentations, and Q&As with international experts and guest speakers where they will exchange the latest news, best practices and share advice and experience in managing COVID-19 and previous pandemics.

Educating and informing healthcare professionals who are, and will be, treating patients with COVID-19 has become even more essential as the virus continues to spread globally.
