This strategic move reinforces Logicor’s leadership in Italy and expands its footprint in the country’s northern regions.

The Casella property—held by the Thunder II Fund under Kryalos sgr’s management—exemplifies Logicor’s “Acting Responsibly” ethos by embedding sustainability into every phase of redevelopment. Over 12 400 m² of land will be transformed into a modern logistics hub, including over 12 000 m² of upgraded warehouse space and 350 m² of renovated offices. Throughout the project, Logicor will employ eco-friendly practices to minimize carbon emissions during construction and operation.

Situated just 5 km from the A7 Autostrada dei Giovi’s Busalla tollbooth, the rejuvenated facility offers seamless access to Genoa’s port and airport (30 km), Milan (120 km) and regional centers such as Novi Ligure (38 km) and Alessandria (75 km).
