The proposals will be presented to shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for November 3, 2025. Rose Lee previously served as CEO and Board Member of Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc., as well as President of the Water and Protection Division at DuPont. Hikmet Ersek is the former CEO and Board Member of The Western Union Company, where he played a central role in shaping its global strategy. He also held senior positions at GE Capital, the broader GE Corporation, and Mastercard, gaining wide-ranging experience across financial services and global business operations.
