(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 3-Sep-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — A significant new logistics hub is set to rise in Tarragona as Logicor, a leading European real estate developer, announces plans to construct a 28,000 sqm build-to-suit warehouse for a major international company specializing in personalized promotional products. The facility, located in Bráfim within Barcelona’s third logistics ring, will be strategically positioned near the AP-2 highway, ensuring excellent connectivity for distribution operations.

Scheduled to begin construction in late 2024 with completion expected in the first half of 2026, the project underscores Logicor’s commitment to delivering tailored logistics solutions that meet the specific needs of its clients. The warehouse, set on a 44,000 sqm plot, will adhere to the highest sustainability standards, aiming for a BREEAM Very Good certification. The design includes advanced features such as a 900 kWp photovoltaic plant, LED lighting, electric vehicle charging stations, and comprehensive fire prevention systems.
