Neste Expands Its Nordic Logistics Footprint with New Lubricants Warehouse in Jönköping Sweden

(IN BRIEF) Neste has opened its own lubricants warehouse in Jönköping, Sweden, to improve delivery speed and service for its industrial, agricultural, and consumer customers, strengthening its presence in the Nordic market while supporting its high-performance, OEM-approved lubricant portfolio and rolling out its renewable-based Neste ReNew product line that reduces dependence on crude oil without compromising technical performance.

(PRESS RELEASE) ESPOO, 11-Feb-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Neste, a global leader in renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel production, has expanded its operational footprint in Sweden by opening a dedicated lubricants warehouse in Jönköping. The new facility is designed to strengthen the company’s supply chain, improve delivery speed, and enhance service levels for industrial, agricultural, and consumer customers across the Swedish market.

The investment reflects Neste’s long-standing commitment to providing high-performance lubricants tailored to the demanding climatic and operational conditions of the Nordic region. By establishing its own logistics hub in central Sweden, the company aims to shorten delivery times, increase flexibility, and ensure more reliable availability of its extensive product range.

Neste’s lubricants portfolio, developed in Finland and approved by major original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), covers a broad spectrum of applications. The offering includes engine oils for passenger cars and heavy-duty vehicles, industrial lubricants, as well as transmission and axle oils designed for high performance and durability.

A key element of Neste’s recent product development is the introduction of the Neste ReNew lubricant line to the Swedish market. This range incorporates renewable or re-refined base oils alongside high-quality additives, partially replacing conventional crude oil-based components. By doing so, the products provide customers with a practical pathway to reduce their reliance on fossil-based materials while maintaining technical performance and efficiency.

Commenting on the strategic move, Joni Pihlström, Vice President of B2B Sales, Marketing & Services at Neste, emphasised that the new warehouse represents a significant step forward in customer service. He highlighted that having a local logistics presence enables Neste to better meet customer needs across Sweden and the wider Scandinavian region.

The Jönköping facility also reinforces Neste’s broader ambition to support sectors such as agriculture, mining, and automotive maintenance with reliable, high-quality lubrication solutions. By improving proximity to its customer base, Neste is positioning itself to respond more effectively to market demand while continuing to advance its sustainability agenda through innovative product development.
