(PRESS RELEASE) MUNICH, 13-Mar-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Nemetschek Group, a global software provider for the architecture, engineering, construction and operations (AEC/O) and media industries, will present a wide range of artificial intelligence-driven innovations at digitalBAU 2026, taking place in Cologne, Germany from March 24 to 26, 2026. The company’s exhibition will focus on practical AI applications designed to enhance digital processes throughout the entire building lifecycle, from design and construction to building operations.

At the event, Nemetschek and its brands will showcase new solutions that demonstrate how artificial intelligence can be integrated into everyday project workflows. Participating brands include ALLPLAN, Bluebeam, dRofus/dTwin, Graphisoft, Maxon, Nevaris, Solibri, Spacewell and Vectorworks, alongside the company’s AI & Data Innovation Hub.

The company’s presence at digitalBAU reflects the continued development of its AI Strategy 2026, which focuses on three key priorities: agent-based AI systems, intelligent automation and product-specific AI features tailored for architecture, design, construction and operations.

One of the central elements of this strategy is the Nemetschek AI Assistant, a tool introduced progressively across the group’s product portfolio since 2025. The assistant provides AI-powered support designed to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks and deliver contextual recommendations to professionals working on construction and design projects.

According to Yves Padrines, Chief Executive Officer of the Nemetschek Group, artificial intelligence is driving a major transformation in the construction and real estate sectors. At digitalBAU 2026, the company plans to demonstrate how AI-powered solutions can help professionals across the building lifecycle work more efficiently through intelligent assistants, automated processes and better use of project data.

A number of new technologies and product updates will be presented at the Nemetschek booth during the event.

ALLPLAN will present several AI-enabled tools including AI Visualizer V2, AI Coder, and an AI-enabled Python API designed to accelerate building information modeling (BIM), parametric design and visualization workflows. The Allplan AI Assistant will also help new users learn the software more quickly.

Bluebeam will introduce Bluebeam Max, a new generation of AI-powered construction tools that support automated checks, drawing comparisons and improved collaboration between office teams and construction sites.

dRofus and dTwin will showcase digital twin technologies designed to connect planning processes with building operations through integrated data environments.

Graphisoft will present its Design Intelligence Strategy, which aims to connect design teams through interdisciplinary workflows. The company will also demonstrate its AI Assistant for Archicad, DDScad and MEP Designer, as well as Project Aurora, a cloud-based design platform that supports data-driven decision-making from early-stage design through project development.

Maxon will highlight its visualization technologies, including Redshift integration for Vectorworks and new ArchViz Tools designed to support high-quality architectural visualization workflows.

In the infrastructure sector, NEVARIS will present solutions based on integrated IFC workflows that enable improved decision-making in construction projects. The company will also introduce NEVARIS Connect, a cloud-based self-service platform for standardized data integration. In addition, the 123erfasst platform will unveil a new Calculation module that allows users to manage quotes, orders and invoices directly within the application.

Solibri will present new capabilities in model-based quality management and rule checking for BIM environments.

Spacewell will demonstrate solutions that enable data-driven building management and smart workplace design, helping organizations optimize building performance and operational efficiency.

Vectorworks will highlight its AI Assistant and AI Visualizer, which support faster idea generation, automated design tasks and adaptive workflows for architects and designers.

In addition to product demonstrations, Nemetschek will participate in the digitalBAU conference program with a series of presentations addressing AI-driven innovation and digital transformation in the construction sector.

During the event, several company experts will deliver talks covering topics such as design intelligence, AI-assisted architectural design, digital workflows in construction management and the integration of parametric modeling with sustainability assessments. The conference sessions will feature speakers from Nemetschek brands including Graphisoft, Spacewell, Vectorworks, Bluebeam, Maxon and Nevaris.

On March 25, CEO Yves Padrines will present a keynote titled The Future of Construction: Guiding You into the New Era of Intelligent Building, exploring how AI and digital technologies are reshaping the construction industry.

digitalBAU 2026 will take place at the Koelnmesse exhibition center in Cologne and is considered one of the leading trade fairs dedicated to digital solutions for the construction sector. The event focuses on emerging technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), artificial intelligence, smart construction systems and connected building processes. In addition to the exhibition area, the event will feature a comprehensive conference program where industry experts share insights into the future of digital construction.

In addition to an extensive presentation program directly at the booth, the Nemetschek Group will also offer numerous talks as part of the official digitalBAU 2026 conference program.
