(PRESS RELEASE) BUDAPEST, 26-Feb-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Graphisoft has announced the acquisition of its long-standing distributor partners Graphisoft Australia and Central Innovation New Zealand from Central Innovation, strengthening the company’s direct presence in the Pacific region. The transaction enables Graphisoft to operate directly in both markets and enhances its ability to provide services and support to customers in Australia and New Zealand.

Through the acquisition, Graphisoft gains the operational resources needed to serve customers directly in two important Building Information Modeling (BIM) markets. The move supports the company’s broader strategy to expand its global footprint and advance its transition toward a multi-product portfolio, particularly as new solutions are introduced for the architecture, engineering and construction sector.
