The application window remains open until February 19.

Through its Talent Week 2026 Young Talent Recruitment Program, the bank aims to provide participants with a structured and immersive introduction to the professional world. The initiative brings together aspiring professionals for a multi-day experience focused on discovering individual strengths, understanding emerging skill requirements and gaining practical insights into future-oriented careers.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with senior executives and subject-matter experts, attend interactive workshops and inspirational sessions, and gain a close look at the bank’s corporate culture, innovation agenda and long-term career opportunities. The program is positioned as a bridge between academic life and the workplace, offering hands-on exposure to the competencies shaping next-generation banking and technology.

Talent Week 2026 offers several career tracks tailored to different interests and skill sets. The Management Trainee pathway provides broad exposure across diverse areas of banking. The Data MT track enables participants to pursue careers as data scientists or data engineers, focusing on extracting value from data. The Assistant Inspector option introduces candidates to the evolving landscape of audit, while the Tech Talent pathway concentrates on developing expertise across multiple areas of technology.

Applications are being accepted from January 27 through February 19 via the bank’s careers website. In addition to digital promotion, the program is being introduced through university clubs, young talent platforms, social media channels and outdoor communications to reach a wide pool of candidates.
