AG, a Swiss-based family business specializing in industrial lubricants and specialties. Founded in 1921 and headquartered in Reiden, Switzerland, STRUB serves both the Swiss market and international clients.

With this acquisition, FUCHS aims to consolidate its operations in Switzerland, integrating STRUB with the Swiss subsidiary of the LUBCON Group, which was acquired earlier this year. This strategic move will not only provide FUCHS with direct market access in Switzerland but also enhance its research and production capabilities in the region.

Both FUCHS and STRUB share a commitment to innovation and providing tailored lubricant solutions to their customers. FUCHS plans to complete the acquisition by the end of 2024, further expanding its global footprint. STRUB employs 40 people and reported sales revenues of EUR 15 million in 2023, while FUCHS generated EUR 3.5 billion in revenues in the same year, with a workforce of 6,200 employees worldwide.
